beckons and with it comes our latest list with much freshly listed and
newly acquired material for your consideration..
Great Britain section has many good items with good line engraved Penny
Blacks, some blues with cancellation interest and good embossed issues
with a variety of 1/- values available. Many high values including a
very nicely used £5 Orange and three different £1 PUC choices plus two
copies of the £1 Seahorse. In short many options for some of the iconic
stamps this tiny island has issued.
World and Commonwealth sections particularly in the periods to circa
1960 continue to be keenly sought. This time collector's of Australian
States should look through the list as we have recently broken a
collection we purchased. The Chalon types of Ceylon are also worth
perusing if you collect these. A smattering of items from Hong Kong plus
St. Lucia and Turks & Caicos also have fresh material from our
the more recent periods Anne has been listing items she has never seen
from modern Croatia and some very nice Kenya booklets, Moldova and
Tanzania are also worth checking out. In terms of themes those
collecting Butterflies and Medicine will find much of potential
ever, the illustrations can only give a flavour of what the catalogue
contains but do show many of the more unusual, visual and what we
consider to be the more highly rated items.
reservation by phone is recommended if you wish to purchase outright as
every catalogue we issue has some people unable to acquire something
because it has already sold. If you have your customer ID number to hand
when phoning this enables us to handle your requests more quickly.
